The biggest problem with the copy-to-computer method is that the Gear360 records your photos and videos as two circular images on a black background. I have Gear 360 2017. On Samsung site it says download Gear 360 Action Director. I did this and installed on my PC. But when I run it asks for registration code. On videos on Youtube it says there is the code in the box which the Gear 360 came in. But in mine.nothing. Does the 2017 model not hav.

 The Samsung Gear 360 (reviewed here) is the most affordable 4k-capable 360 camera but it has some quirks. One issue is that there is sometimes a color difference between the lenses, which makes the stitch lime more visible.
